"Never again, had an accident and the one thing that should have been on is the collision coverage, I always leave it the same and some how without my consent the took it off, and now I have rental coverage and they also don’t wanna cover it because they say I don’t have collision coverage. I never authorized them to make any chnages"

"My experience with this State Farm office has been very frustrating. They do not resolve the issues I bring up, they constantly put me on hold, and when I try to call, they rarely answer.
